Four Noble Truths

Four Noble Truths is the truths which were discovered by Buddha with his own effort. Buddhist teaching is based on Four Noble Truth. Realizing these truths is realizing and surfing on true truth behaviour, including full knowledge on its own self.

Truth is divided by two kinds, such as ;
1. Common Truth, a truth which is applied on daily life. This truth is also called relative truth.
Example : "Ice is cold"
2. Absolute Truth, a truth which is different from common concept.
Example : "-273 C is absolute zero temperature"

Four Noble Truths that is taught by Buddha are consisting of :
1. Noble Truth about Grief (Dukkha Ariyasacca)
2. Noble Truth about Grief Starting (Dukkhasamudaya Ariyasacca)
3. Noble Truth about the The End of Grief (Dukkhanirodha Ariyasacca)
4. Noble Truth about the Way to Grief Ending (Dukkhanirodha Gaminipatipada Ariyasacca)

The main idea :
"According to Buddha, this life is really full of grief. The cause of grief appears is ignorance about life. But grief is not immortal. Grief also can be vanished. The vanishing of grief is so called Nibbana. Nibbana is the final destination of Buddhism. The way to vanish grief and reach Nibbana is The Noble Way of Eight Elements."
